At Studio Bagechaa, each garment is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch.
As most of our pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds on any purchases.
Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once the order has been placed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable under the following circumstances:
• The product received has an irreparable defect identified upon receipt.
• An incorrect product has been delivered.
Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@studiobagechaa.com along with clear photographs and an unboxing video.
Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible for review.
Please note that products damaged during transit are not eligible for exchange, as logistics are not within our control.
Size Exchanges
We encourage customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order.
As all our pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer size exchanges.
Custom Size Orders
All custom-sized, made-to-measure and altered garments are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
International Orders
Due to customs regulations and international logistics, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Customers are encouraged to opt for our Custom Size service and consult our team before placing an order.
Quality Assurance
Each Studio Bagechaa garment undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. Minor variations in embroidery, colour placement, handwork and texture are characteristic of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.
Final Decision
Studio Bagechaa reserves the right to assess and determine the validity of all exchange requests.
