Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Made-to-Order Garments
Our garments are on a made-to-order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. As we are made to order brand, we request for at least one to two trails and sometimes three just to fit the garment best to your size.

Ready-To-Ship Garments
For items in our Ready-To-Ship category, exchanges will be considered only in the case of damage or error on our part. The final decision regarding exchanges will be at our discretion. We strongly urge you to carefully consider your sizing before purchasing from the Ready-To-Ship category. If customization is needed, please opt for it at the time of purchase, as post-purchase alterations will incur additional fees.

Note: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Refunds
in the rare case that a refund while accepted and rectification cannot be made, the amount will be processed and refunded within 4-5 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Taxes & Duties

For Indian Customers
All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customer's
For international orders, most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that product prices displayed are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. Payment of these charges is required at the time of delivery to release your order from customs.

Delivery Policy
Our products will be delivered, depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries or inquiries, please contact us at +919991700002. Please be aware that deliveries can be delayed if we do not receive any of the following information in a timely manner:

  • Complete Payment is not received
  • Incorrect/Inaccurate Address
  • Measurements
  • No response from the customer

We strive to ensure that your product reaches you on time. To expedite the process, we have partnered with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, please note that we do not take responsibility for delays caused by third-party vendors
