Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order.

  • Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
  • If, in case you are dissatisfied with our service contact us at or +91 99917-00002 within 10 hours of delivery. We will get in touch with you at the earliest to address your concern. 
  • We will only accept returns, if the client buys the product with no alterations or made to order the product.
  • We will only accept returns, if there is manufacturing fault or mistake from our mistake.
  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded, if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
  • Return charges to be borne by Customers.


  • We are happy to make minor customisations for you. But we will not accept returns on customised products.
  • We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site.
  • We have tried our utmost best to provide the best quality products to you. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you.
  • You can request the cancellation strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. Please write to us at or +91 99917-00002 to request the cancellation. Cancellation directly through the website is not possible.
  • We are happy to provide a Credit note to the client who wants to cancel the order within 24 hrs of placing the order. If The client wants to cancel the order, we will refund the amount within 4-5 working days.
  • If the payment is made through RazorPay or any other Gateway payment method, the transaction fee will be borne by Customers.

NOTE: Garments sold under seasonal sales are strictly not applicable for return or exchange under any circumstances.


  • Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you must apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’.
  • You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount.
